More About Me
The Full Story
My life is a roadmap of reinvention. I've continually reinvented myself to uncover and discover my dream life—a life I adore and wake up to with gratitude. My life hasn't been challenge-free; it has been rocky with mental health challenges, bumpy with addiction recovery, and sometimes painful with the loss of loved ones. It has also been joyful, peaceful, and exuberant. After all, life is all of those things and more. I've found that each life experience has been invaluable to my personal and professional growth broadening my definition of success and expanding my understanding of what I can achieve in this gifted life.

In 2018, I embarked on a new journey that changed the trajectory of my life. It profoundly transformed how I showed up in my relationships and career, altering my view of myself and the world. I am forever grateful for the insights I gained and the achievements that I created through this transformation. This transformational journey allowed me to step away from my corporate life and into a new chapter of growth. I retired in 2021 after a highly successful career in Corporate Project, Program, and Portfolio Management focused on Technology Systems Implementation and Process/Performance Improvement.

I've dedicated myself to professional development in the field of Emotional Intelligence and Leadership. Since 2018 I've been coaching and mentoring clients while continually deepening my knowledge and skills in this transformational field. My driving force is to support my clients in living the life of their dreams by identifying what they want, uncovering obstacles, and creating a path to achieve their goals. Deep learning is achievable by embracing who we were, who we are today, and who we wish to become. Leveraging our past, present, and future creates a new lens through which to view our selves.

What I have discovered is that this new perspective helps us create harmony in all aspects of our lives and fosters health and well-being in our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual realms. Embracing this new way of being within ourselves causes the world around us to shift as well. We become the change we wish to see, and through this reinvention, we create the life we want.

The last thing about me that I find extremely important for you to know is, I have not accomplished anything alone. I have communities of people surrounding me, people to rely upon and lean into for support. Transformational work is a team effort, doing it alone simply does not work in the long run. It is a wonderful thing for others to hold me accountable, to cheer me on whether things are working or not working, and to provide me with feedback on how I am progressing. I could not have the life I live today without family, friends, and community supporting me through it all.
